• Always free-range
• No use of anti-biotics

Therefore organic farming and food production takes real commitment, is very labour intensive with independent inspections and certification.  The food is traceable from farm to fork and the farmers ethical approach means they have worked in a way which is harmonious with the land with as little impact as possible with the animals welfare at the foreground. 

Organic products promote a healthier world, sustainable management of the land and natural environment, which in turn means increased wildlife.
