Cotswolds Old Tom Gin (70cl)

Our Old Tom Gin is in keeping with a traditional Old Tom, and has sweet, woody notes from liquorice root, light spice from ginger, zesty orange citrus and a hint of cardamom. 

First curated in the 18th century, Old Toms were popular as a sweeter alternative to the gins of the day. Various stories exist about where the name originates, with Tom Cats and Old Toms having been intertwined throughout history. 

Old Tom Gin is delicious enjoyed neat over ice, or in a Tom Collins cocktail with soda water, a squeeze of lemon and a dash of sugar syrup.
