Our second in the limited-edition Cottage Series range uses Fife grown barley smoked over pine wood chips, rowanberry that grows around our distillery, coriander from our cottage garden, orange peel and Lapsang Souchong tea. The botanicals combine to create an experimental gin that has a malty depth, is full of sweet citrus zest and develops a big smoky flavour.
Sweet berry notes combine with orange and lemon as the delicate pine scented smoke slowly reveals itself.
A strong citrus presence of orange and grapefruit, with a malty depth and a light beach bonfire smoke is delivered on top.
A long fruity complex finish with citrus at the fore and smoke slowly increasing in intensity
